got to be said it was a cracking day, fun had by all...parry even kept his strap in the jeep this time, very minor damage, i lost a plastic arch, mizzed bent bull bar and broke indicator lens, phil in ians jeep had a puncture and thought ""id go a bit futher till its off the rim"" then he decided to change it... cold but good fun.... saddest bit of the day was coming down from the mast, dark, all of us had lights on, and we seen a couple with 3 children....picture this, -degrees out in the cold, 2 adults, 3 children, 2 were appprox 6 yrs old and a possible 2yr old on a backpack rucksack !...we passed em and i thought it only fair to give em a lift down, so i turned around and asked if they wanted a lift coz it was complete darkness, freezing cold and they only had a headlamp type light to guide them all down the pats etc..me and neil turned around but they said they were fine but thanks anyway, i could see the kids shivering to be honest, so next best thing we could offer them was to tail behind them as so as they had full ligts on where they were walking and someone would be there if anything happened, reson they were out was that one of the children was autistic and they were trying to wear him out.... now i dont know much about autism but there had to be other ways to wear him out, anyway, they got back to their car safely and parry followed em down.... neil reckons i should be called saint tank..... i said no, it'll show people the tankman got a heart... but all in all, it was put to all over the cb and we all agreed we should offer our help.... that to me guys is what we are about, helping each other and others in time of need... well done to all of you............................

i got 351mb of images to upload, will take like 4 hours, or 30secs in work tomorrow, will chuck em on frist thing tomorrow!

Well, I brought it thinking of Parry, but well he made it up this time

looked an awesome day, i was under one of neils/robs jeeps swearing at the steering bar and propshaft all day, so mine wasnt so good. pics are ace, see that ice tank, thats the stuff that smashed off the two spotlights you sold me in the tips bombhole, hard to believe ice would do that huh. glad you had a good turnout tho happy days.
