| my motor broke down today, i lost breaks as i came to a round about at about 40mph,  was my reaction as i just missed mounting the round about, luckily i was near pauls house and he helped me reapir it. cheers paul | |

| yes i did check  but was clear. it was all coz the alternator belt snapped, the brake servo has a manual pump on the back of the alternator so if it dont turn the brakes dont work, bit dangerous idea i think, | |

| i've got a vacuum pump on my alternator on the pajero. as you say it is a bit of a [CENSORED!] idea. glad your o.k though, you didn't have your lad with you did you? | |
