| Isn't it easier/cheaper to fit a replacement crank? I know jockers had a 2.5td engine out of a L200, siezed motor. He replaced it with the Pajero engine. Hence the pajero with no motor up 4 grabs! | |

| well i was gonna swap cranks over from the engine that is already in it, and the one with the worn keyway just thought its probably easier to get crank repaired if at all possible! | |

| it's normally the bottom pully that goes then eventually wears the crank away. you'd have to get the crank and pully machined with a new key way and to do that you'd have to take the crank out so you might aswell swap the cranks over. but first check that the crank has worn and not just the pully. you can get new pullys from milners | |
