for all the members

hi all we have had a meeting today with the merthyr council and we are having an other meet with all the right authorities that will tell us were to go and were not to go we are. This will be a long process but we will get there what.
We have a meeting on the 7th march with the R.T.C council and the police that is dealing with the legal riders in the forestry with his backing and the backing with the authorities we can use the forestry so i need to now how many of the members that will turn up at the meeting to give the club support and help all of us how want this so please can you put you name down so i can have a ruff idear if numbers thank you allhope you all can make it.
We are hoping to get in to the forestry very very soon we are having meeting with the big bosses with the forestry in the next few weeks i am inviting him down infor the next meeting.
