But its a 90 with a 2.5TD engine not TDI

on your ebay listing you say the engin is brand new where did you buy it and what milage has it done.

Yea i noticed it last night,obviously the engine isnt brand new...
It was bought 2nd hand

been looking at some 90s. on ebay and can get a 200tdi for under £3k
yours is the old 19j engin and its got a bad reputation for not having any power on hills, I think its probly worth about £2k

sorry, didn't mean to give anyone any greif, just doin loads of reserch so that I don't buy an old dog, I only wanr to buy once and then slowly improve it but I want a 200 or 300 tdi.

Nothin wrong with that mate you're dead right, I had aa 200tdi 90 as my first truck it was a wreck but I loved it

I give him greef all the time lol . Its a shed of a 90 my kia will piss all over it ;-)

maybe my reserch isn't as extensive as yours but did the military ever buy V8 110s.? thought they were all 2.5 NA engines, anyway a V8 is far too thirsty for me (might take it off your hands for £2500 though,) (my Dads after one)

wot u mean by standard ? standard is 3.5 .. dropped a 3.9 in it more powerrrrr ! lpg is an after fit .. no ex militarys got standard lpg .. has su carbs but i got spare inlet manifolds carb or full efi unit for it .. pair of spare heads .. spare 3.5 engine as well ( original standard )

It was u wot mentioned "standard" when u asked me what a standard military 110 would be worth, well your's isn't standard it's got a 3.9 and it's got lpg so I dont know what its worth, probably a lot less than standard, it's hard to get un mucked about ones these days unless you buy directly from the disposal agents and then there quite expensive.

And yes the 19j engine isnt nowere near as good as TDI but its not half as bad as its made out to be...
Ive been running them in 90s for 2years now and do my fair share of laning and play days......
If it had a TDI in it it would be worth at least 4grand,look at all the parts on it...

The 200tdi is a better conversion for a 90 I have helped do 3 of these now, one involved ftting the engine without the turbo. Just buy an old 90 and do the work yourself slowly.
