fual problems help needed please

hi fellas right, i got hold of some bio diesel had i little read up on it and asked some people and got told that it would run ok ,, but i also new that it would clean the shit out of my tank so exspected to change the filter as it would get cloged,,, so today driveing down the road started losing power in high reves and then less and less power till it just cut out so changed the filter tryed to prime it undone the nut ontop of the filter thing lol got the air out done it bk up cracked one of the nuts on the injectors turned engione over no fual going upto none of the injectors. there is fual going into the pump as the 12mm nut inbetween the 4 pipes on the fual pump when i undo that fual comes out some air come out then fual. done it bk up still no fual going up to the injectors???

There should be a water trap on the rear chassis (drivers side), it looks like a small filter housing. See if thats clogged or something. It may be pulling crap up into the injector pump and blocking the pump.
The only other thing I can think of is the pump itself is blocked.
Just a couple of ideas that may help...............or not!!

well i looked at that thing on the bk but snaped the pissing (turny thing/tap) how would i unblock the pump itsself without takeing it out that dont sound good

i was thinking maybe the stop solinod to but when i take the cable on and off i can hear it click like its ingaging/disingaging ???

UURRMMM!!!1 Pass don't know a lot about diesels sorry.
You could try cranking the motor over without the injector pipes on and see if any muck comes out, or air etc.
Filling the fuel filter with atf (auto trans fluid) before you fit it will clean out the system though. Better if she's running first though.

ok will give the atf a go i thort it woulkd be an air lock but cant figer out where

to bypass the pump cut off run it to a live i think, double check with other boys 1st thats what i got told
i always mix bio with some diesel, defo when cold

wheres bagpuss when you need him, he be the man to helpwhat about taking the injector pipes off or undo at pump ?

thx rob ive taken the pipes off pump nothing happning so i seen and inner peace too that bit off to and fual coming out put it bk on and nothing dont under stand it and ive taken the lead off cut off solinoide and when i touch it with the wire that supost to connect to it its clicking so dont think its that

its not the solinoyed if it klicking then it opening

will do orderd a new lift pump will try that if its not the i will have 3 of the fookers that must be working then lol

if that dont work im going to try a low presure pump on it

well it wasnt the lift pump as still the same shit

anyone know if you can take the bk of the injector fual pump off i see there is a few hexy nuts on the bk of it im wondarying if i can take the bk off and clean it up maybe blocked inside there somewhere

If there's fuel up to the pump and no fuel at the injectors it sounds like the stop solenion to me. When you turn the ignition off it loses it's live and the plunger blocks the fuel off so the engine stops,sometimes the plunger comes away from the solenoid so even if the soleniod clicks it won't pull to plunger up when the ignition is on. Take the solenoid out and see if it works by testing it across a battery,if it's ok there could be some shit blocking the hole where the solenoid goes.

right had another look 2day and took the bk of the pump off found the problem there was something iside that had snaped and bent dont know what it was but its fucked so thx for your help people if you know for a 300tdi injector pump going let me know

i dont usually help sprog long range snipers but on this occasion i will, i got a 200 tdi pump if you need spares they are the same other than they run slightly different pressures but mechanicals will be the same, and Rob i is still here mate you got my no if you miss me that much, lol not

ha as i thort i was in 473 close recons so not as far as the gun so not so long distance..

thank for that how much do you want for it then ? as i didnt see you give a price
