Does anyone know where I can have a transfer box repaired and how much it roughly costs mine is clunking like mad everytime I drive and change gear I checked my props and they are fine but front and rear prop rotate about 2 inches either way so must be transfer box cheers

its probebly cheaper to get a second hand trancfer box than to fix it if you are runing bigger wheels put a 90 trancfer box in kill too birds will one stone not that hard to do done mine in a about 5 hours the biggest pain is the linkage and taking the too props off

When I rotate the front prop it turns quite way n the nocking sounds as tho itscoming from the transfer box but I went undermy cousins n his nicks in the transfer box but theres nowhere near the amount of rotation as mines got

is the transfer box in diff lock? if not the prop will move back and for. as said already if the prop moves the diff is A problem thats not to say its the only prob but if a diff was ok even if tbox was knackered the prop wouldnt move a great deal

prob be better to get a 2nd hand one there about 40/50pound it might be repairable but depends how good at that type of thing u r? never looked into doing it myself but what i have heard is its not that easy to do scratch
