anyone breaking a discovery with a LT85 in it??

I need a disco transfer box to fit on a LT85 box. Pleeeease!!

Got the box, now just need the tranny box

lt85's were never fitted to disco's and I believe they all used the same tbox

transfer box off ya lt77 will fit

i havent a clue where can i find what bk it is

300tdi's are fitted with a lt230 tbox as is ALL land rovers from the first 90/110's upto td5 (dont know what puma's use?) ALL range rover classics & discos upto td5 (again dont know what disco3 use)

the lt230 have different ratio's depending on what landrover they are froms defender is 1:41 and disco is 1:22

Wanted a disco one as apparently they're higher ratio in hi range, but same as a 90 in low.

Doesn't matter now tho cos I've used the t-box off my LT77, had to alter the linkage for the difflock lever thingy cos it was the completely wrong shape but its all bolted back together now and I'm putting it back in tomorrow
