K seal or not K seal???

Hey guys/gals, has anyone used K seal or similar in their vehicle?
I'm loosing coolant at a slow rate, can't find any obvious leaks, my freelander isn't over heating, and whilst there are minimal signs of "gunk" in the header bottle, it's not excessively thick!
The thing drives sweet, as i'm doing short runs for work and M-way runs every other week.
Engine sounds fine, have some water coming from exhaust but no white smoke!
So just as a trial, is it worth the k seal, or the new Steel seal stuff?

I have used k seal and it worked

I've used Kseal when my "p" gasket was leaking, not leaking any more tho & that was 6-9 months ago

I used it on my disco, cured the p gasket problem but didn't fix the cracked block.......
