adam the pajero always have that problem m8 as they are so low to the bottom off the engine they get killed easy m8,, best change it or refurb it and make a waterproof cover for it m8,, i had the same problem with mine with water or mud,,,

good news for me any way my car is now sold for £360 so ill be puttin my £250 what i got to it aswell so ill be back in a disco

my twin shocks mount on the front rip to bolts off and the body mounts front suspension is hanging on with two bolts RAC fetch my discovery home but it was good fun next day

Various scratches small dents and the front tyre came off in a large rut... TWICE

it was ok until i tried to drive it home it was a monster on the road the wheels were way out of balance 20 mph max and then i noticed my steering wheel was upside down ??? Something bent then ?? but still an awsome day out cant wait til the next outing

Awesome day out, excellent turn out, fortunately no damage sustained, probably discover a couple of scratches when i clean it...ooo and my front offside wheel is making a clicking noise when its on lock...no its not the tyres rubbing the radius arm!!!, someone said cv joint when they heard it, i think it was Parry??? anyone any ideas???

So whats happening then?? my cv joints worn, breaking up, what would make the clicking noise??

99% of the time, clicking on lock will be cv joints on the way out.

up date on the discovery snapped the twin shock towers snapped relocation cones and snapped the 5 bolts that hold the back shaft and a new diesel filter

Have you got the bump clearance set up correctly with those shocks Tony ? as that would cause that sort of damage if not right.

got the landrover in body fix he is sorting it out the front shocks they bottomed out and that what did the damage making the turrets bigger to cope with the shocks
