am seperated from my wife and have custody of my daughter, not yet divorced, wife came here from her boyfriends to spend some time with her daughter which i dont object to, she still has a key and i let her come here and use the washing machine and things and in exchange she washes and irons my daughters school uniform, all being going good until she found out about my new girlfriend, while me and my daughter came out for the day she took, 37" LCD tv, dvd player, money, gold, my daughters ps2 and all her games, her wii and all the games, and she also has the keys to my paj, and wants £100 off me to give them back, phoned the police and they dont want to know, have to wait a week for a solicitors appointment, have changed all the locks in the house now, its all stuff that her daughter enjoys too,

anyone got a lockset for a paj? lol

so its ok for her to have a boyfriend but not for you to have a girlfriend, typical woman.
just give her £100 to get your stuff back and then tell her to sling her hook, and then tell her she will have to have supervised visits as you cant trust her she will soon think twice then., just buy a wheel clamp for the car, personally id let her take it, just ask for the rest of your stuff back, lol

Sorry to hear about your woes at Xmas. If it's any consolation, you're not alone - many guys go through this very same thing. I've been through it myself over the last couple of years. I'm out the other end now and got a cracking new partner. The ex wife is still in the family home with me paying all the bills and the list of what I've put up with and paid for goes on and on, (but I won't bore you with any more of it).
All I can say is hold it together and hang on in there. Don't lose your temper and do anything stupid (although I bet you feel like resorting to violence - I certainly did). Remain calm, get your stuff back and be wiser for the future - don't let her in unless you're there.

£100 is only for the keys to the jeep, have been seeing the woman i am with now for 2 months, and when the ex was at the house on boxing day she found my mobile looked through my texts and got my new girlfriends number and texts her quite regularly saying that still sleeps with me, lucky enough the new girlfriend knows how much i hate the bitch, and how evil she can be

i have been looking after our daughter on my own for over 6 months now, hope the solicitor can help me, as my ex is seeking legal advice to enter the property as i wont let her in any more, what a mess eh?

at the end of the day bag all her cloths and belongings and take them to the police station and arrange to meet her there thats what my friend had to do then shes got no reason to go to the house, say shes stalking you and giving you verble abuse and get a restraining ordr so she cant come near you, play her at her own game, coz his ex turned into a total nutter,

may go to the police today, never had any help off the police before, only hassle, but may just go there and ask if i can speak to someone about her, see what i can do, am goin to the solicitors on fri afternoon

As I said earlier mate, keep calm, and as others have said play her at her own game. Keep the law on your side. Use the police and the solicitor to your advantage. One violent slip up and you will end up being the villain.
She has a huge advantage, being a female, as the law often looks much more sympathetically on the female than the male in cases like this. However, if you've been looking after your daughter for the last 6 months, then you have a good case for keeping custody.
Tell the police exactly what she's done, what she's taken and how it's affected you and your daughter. A restraining order is a good starting point, cos if she breaks that you have a record of her illegal behaviour to present to the courts if it comes to that.

Tim does your insurance cover you for lost or stollen keys if so you can have all locks and ignition barrel replaced I got mine covered theres no excess to pay either.

no its an ongoing project at the mo, have my van to use until i got the paj mot`ed, then goin to swap the insuance over
