| hi i got a r reg v8 disco,and got the light with the key in it treid t put the code in but no joy is there a way to bypas this,or will i need the fob reprogramed and does anybody know were i can get it done | |

| Hi is it the rover type with two buttons if it is you can get a second hand one from a breakers for about 5-10 squid and then get it programmed ,there are a few people out there but i use a guy who,s buisness is called KEYS FOR CARS and he,s mobile av a look in the yellow pages last time i had one done it cost me 45 nicker that was for a rover 220, failing that give bearmach a ring as i know they do supply a bypass loom that bypasses the alarm system completely where it fits i dont know but they should be able to help you. | |

| hi thanks for your help but all sorted now i run a bypass to the starter ,and a seperate bypass to the fuel pump and it worked and my alarm still does the job execpt for immobilsing the engine but i can live with that | |
