| Hi I've just taken the front prop off my disco 200tdi as I'm changing front diff and at transfer box end I can rotate it constantly just wanted to check if that's right or if my t box is knackered cheers | |

| Don't no if it ment to turn or not but you would no if tbox had gone it wouldn't drive. You would need to put it in diff lock to drive. So I take it its bin ok diveing fine. Should be ok

| Yeah it's been driving fine but I had an annoying clunk but the last time I went out Itstarted to jerk violently around corners and cv are fine so next thing is front diff but as I drained the oil today I had some big chunks ov metal and shavings dropping into the bucket so diff needs changing anyway | |

i would take the diff out and check it if you need one i got 3 of the they 10 spilne in a 200tdi | |

| That's what I'm in the middle of doing I had a new diff a while back it's just I'm only now getting round to doing it but I'm so glad I'll just keep my fingers crossed that my clunk has gone once I've finished cheers for all your replys | |
