Looking to get a 90 in the near future , love the site been a lurker for ages , used to look in on the pictures and greenlane drives you used to do . Only got a frontera at the moment so cant realy do much .

Any advice on a 90would be great

V8s are cheaper and if its a weekend toy then cheap enough to run

all jokes aside frontys aint that bad but i do prefer a landy personal opinion but like the other boys say, outriggers, bulkhead, and crossmembers

That fronty I had was ace fun. Went evrywhere I pointed it > loads of fun for no money !
You need to do some serious off roading to justify the change in my oppinion
Sounds daft but compare pound for pound and its a lot to spend.
If your really into it and want to mod a 90 right up then yes better choice but if its for play days and laning then the fronty should do you proud.
If the fronty wont get you down lanes you should not be driving thos lanes ?????

well said that man, i miss my 2.o sport was a nice drive, but prefer my disco as an alrounder.

mate why a 90 why not a disco you can get an offroad/greenlane ready disco for very little and there a bit more comfy

and 100" is proved to be best overall wheel base. 90 only scores with departure angle .
in the old days folks bobbed rangies etc but now you can get big boots and a lift kit they are just as good and a LOT cheaper to buy and mod. everything for 90s is dearer (other than my kit )
