Rob, The Gap going South to North is not a problem for anybody m8, its only when you start to come back up the steps that it could become a problem. Nobody has been able to see what erosion has occurred this year yet so they may be same as last year, but they may be worse...

As long as you have a decent spotter you wouldnt have any problem in the dark at all..

Jo....have you ever been offroad with a 4x4 2cv?, they are an awesome bit of kit, they put lots and lots of serious machinery to shame..one comes out with us from time to time, and he embarrasses a lot of people.
